Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, highly specialised treatment that supports the body’s natural healing.

I updated my training with Petra Irving at the Aftercare Academy in 2024–2025 for Wellness and Advanced MLD, including treatment protocols for aesthetic and cosmetic plastic surgery clients. MLD can help reduce swelling, support recovery from injury and surgery, aid rejuvenation, and restore a deep sense of calm.
